I looked at Cleaborn Cafeteria's menu and it seems to have anything one would want to eat (even broccoli). They have private room that will seat 40 people. I can't remember how many were at the last banquet. Just thought I'd put in my 2 cents.

I respectfully disagree. I have been to a least 20+ "Banquets" with various organizations. At each and every one of them had cold dry chicken breast and another dry entree. I say let's go to a restaurant, pay for our own food and get what we like. The awards are an honor but not a coronation.
