Many African stations will be on the air this weekend for 24 hours for the All African Contest. It is a good time to get some new African countries in your log.
The contest starts at 1200 Z on Sept 17 and ends at 1200 Z Sept 18. The exchange is RST and Serial Number They will be on the 10-80 meters contest bands Modes are CW and SSB. The best bands to work them is 20 and 40 meters but 15 may open up. The best propagation from USA to Africa will be in the afternoon on 15 and 20 meters and early evening on 40 meters. GL Nizar K0NM
