When building with the
{code}-Dmessage-loader=iconv{code}
cmake option, {{XercesMessages_en_US.cat}} is installed to:
{{/usr/msg/}}
It should be installed to:
{{/usr/share/xerces-c/msg/}}
which is what previous versions of Xerces-C did.
This change breaks downstream consumers of Xerces-C, such as Xalan-C (which
fails to build as it cannot find {{XercesMessages_en_US.cat}}).
