The schema specification for xml:lang references internet RFC3066 as supplying the format for xml:lang content.
RFC3066 is obsoleted by RFC4646 RFC4646 is obsoleted by RFC5646 Is the xml:lang specification to follow the additional content definitions for language tokens? If so, then the xml:lang parsing must be re-validated. Example: Instead of just having language-location, we now have language-script-location and other attribute specifications. Sincerely, Steven J.
