AW: Call for vote on Xerces-C 3.2.2 release
Maybe I'm a bit late to the party, but configure fails when configuring for a cross-compile platform: Running export CROSS_COMPILE=armv7a-hf- ./configure CFLAGS=-O3 CXXFLAGS=-O3 -host=arm-linux-gnueabi --enable-transcoder-iconv fails with checking for wcsrtombs... configure: error: in `/home/user/cross/xerces-c': configure: error: cannot run test program while cross compiling because the lines 231 and 253 AC_RUN_IFELSE( [AC_LANG_PROGRAM([[#include try to *run* the code compiled with the target gcc on the host system, which is apparently failing. Xerces-C V3.2.2 now available
A patch release of Xerces-C, V3.2.2, has been released to address some build issues and a libcurl improvement. Release notes are here [1].
