I have tested on Windows (VS 2013, 2015), Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS), MacOS
and FreeBSD. It's working with Xalan and my own custom stuff
(compiling, linking, functional testing) on all platforms. (With the
exception of FreeBSD, but that's due to a problem with the build
environment which is unrelated.)
What we have here looks good to me, and I don't think any further
changes are required to release. The continuous integration builds are
green
