YOu have to point it to http://pkg.opensolaris.org/dev or
http://ipkg.sfbay/dev as follow:

I installed opensolais 2008.11 rc2 in one x86 server as AI server.
So I stall installadm-toos using the default commands 'pkg install
SUNWinstalladm-tools', It download the install-tools by default.I'm not
sure where it download from.

With jeffrey's help. I can setup the AI server and AI client. now i
install the SPARC server successfuly.
jeffrey remove the installadm-tools and re-installed it. then it can
create the AI server's service. I'm not sure where he download the
installadm-tools.

I have looked at the AI server and mDNS seems to work correctly
and service is reachable now:
# installadm list
The install services running on the system are:
test1
# pgrep dns-sd
7574
# pargs 7574
7574: /usr/bin/dns-sd -R test1 _OSInstall._tcp local 46501
aiwebserver=10.13.31.2

Actually, mDNS issues should be filed under solaris/network/dns,
AFAIK.

Looks like AI had trouble starting the network/dns/multicast service, as
evidenced by
offline 13:58:00 svc:/network/dns/multicast:default
but the code did not catch that like it should have. Instead it
continued but could not register the service. I have
