7UP Pound Cake
1-1/2 cups of butter 3 cups sugar 5 eggs 3 cups flour 3 teaspoons lemon extract 3/4 cup 7UP or Sprite Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well after adding each egg. Add flour. Mix well. Beat in lemon extract and 7UP.
