Pour into two greased and floured
 9 inch layer cake pans.

Sprinkle each layer with

Mean while, prepare the
Creme de Cacao filling.

Split each layer horizontally
into 2 layers.

Place one layer on a serving

Repeat layering with remaining

8 hours.

Prepare the Chocolate Ganache Glaze;
spoon on top of chilled cake,
allowing the glaze to drizzle down
the side.

saucepan.

Cook over low heat, stirring
constantly, until mixture
is melted and smooth.

Stir in creme de cacao.

Cool to luke-warm )

Glaze will be slightly
thickened).

I like to add a little more
vanilla, especially if it's
Mexican Vanilla, which is
available at some stores.

My preference is to use
a non stick baking spray,
which contains flour.

I have a lot of cake recipes.

If you could tell me, what kind
it was (chocolate, spice, carrot,
ect), I'll check my recipes.

Subject: [CAKE-RECIPE] Cake Recipe Request

HI,
I had a piece of great Mexican chocolate cake.
It was a layer cake with 5-6 layers. Does anyone
have a good recipe for this cake?

I looked them up on line and lots of different ones.
I see some have cayne (so I can’t spell) pepper in them,
Vinegar. Then some have neither of these items.

Thanks
Lynn
