Red Wine Cake
300g butter
300 g sugar
1 tsp vanilla
6 eggs
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
grated chocolate. I just buy a bar of normal chocolate and grate it
myself but I suppose you could use those cake decorating chocolate
things
125 mL red wine
300g flour
2 tsp baking powder
beat the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until creamy. add the grated
chocolate, cinnamon, cocoa, and red wine and mix. fold in the flour and
baking powder. bake 60 minutes at 190 C
