Mab is pretty much done

Just thought I'd let you know that I've been working on Mab lately: https://github.com/camping/mab. This will replace Markaby in the next release. Also, I've been benchmarking it on this simple, but view-heavy, app. Camping w/Markaby: 480 requests/second Camping w/Mab: 1490
