Please add it to the Camping on Shared Hosting wiki page - on both the Camping Github wiki, and the Dreamhost wiki. I wrote the Dreamhost section of the former, and the entirety of the latter, after much agony making FastCGI work, and I'd love to see a simpler way documented.
