Dr. Bulent Potur notice a small bug I introduced in the 2.2 release. In
some languages the non-latin characters in the footer are corrupted. It
seems that I messed the character encoding when updating the release
version in the footer. The affected languages are: ar, bg, es, fr, gr,

The license is the New BSD License. It is GPL-compatible and can be
