Yes, I saw it. Also that quite a lot of LD definitions are missing. That
is bigger work, I already scheduled it for me.

Please go thru all German language files.
All other language files are by and large okay.
All zh language help files begin with the BOM.

I found an old care2002.tar.gz file of a month or so ago and compared it in
NotePad-Plus (notepad-plus.sourceforge.net)
and manually checked them out for unicode showing up as boxes.
The (EFBBBF) Byte Order Mark (BOM) -
