I like to contribute to this project by becoming a developer. Thus I
would like to register a team and myself as a lead developer. My team
is ready to translate Care2x to Lao language but we need to know where
to start. Please suggest and any pointer is great appreciated.

You can start install care2x into your computer. And then, into modules
/language, create folder your language. ex: folder en it mean english language.
copy file source code in folder en and paste your new folder. Then, use any
editor and translate it.
