Yes, everything looks ok. All other websites I have installed work fine.
I have now opted to install care2x 2.1.7 and at least it can start with
exception of this fatal error:

Have you tried the version from the radiokili server?
I have a dataset that has Tanzanian data on that may also be useful for you
if you are demoing.
