I'm so sorry I haven't been able to get a line of code done, I've been busy
with uni stuff. =(
I agree that billing and stock control should be left out, but maybe we
could build behaviours that would trigger a function that could be used to
invoke a remote service that would take care of

I think after the high level making the code PHP 7 compatible, then we
should go through each of the use cases to uncover some internally hidden
bugs.
A lot of it was broken and tried to fix, but still, there are some parts
that don't make sense!

The work on making the code Php7 compatible is going well and uncovering a
number of hidden bugs along the way. This makes me think that once it's
complete we should release a new version as it's many years since the last
one.
