Tim, I meant no disrespect , I'm sorry if my message was poorly written, I
think that every bit of work that gets into the project is extremely
valuable. I just wanted to state my proposal will be labour intensive.

have it become maintainable again. There have been some discussions in the
past about the how but they kinda dissolved on their own. Right now

save us trouble down the road. I can start doing some use cases, and I
have a basic class diagram for the appointments module, since I was
thinking on redoing it. Let me find it and I'll share it on Google drive.

I was very excited when I recieved this email about the new codebase. I've
been using care since the early 2000s and have done an improved appointment
module (fit for a callcenter), Rheumatology EMR and a couple of
administrative reports, and I also telephony integration.

That sounds like you need an interface for the hw that will recognize
characters, much like the touch screen phones that translated your writing to
text. Id say you should look for those drivers
