Hello, Is there a possibility to convert to coordinates given in the Identify Window (Main Window Fiducial XYZ) of a Cerebellum surface to the coordinates given in the Identify Window of a Cerebral surface? As far as I understand are the latter TAL coordinates, but I don't understand the

Hi again Dr. Kamphuis, The foci and fiducial surface should share the same coordinate space, so if you're using the SPM2 fiducial coordinate file, then you should use MNI coordinates when mapping foci. Likewise, if using the AFNI fiducial coordinate file, then you should use true Talairach
