[caret-users] resizeunderlayvolume
Dear Caret-Users, I'm trying to find something equal to the resize underlay volume menu in caret_command .. I'm trying to automatically segment a bunch of occipital lobes and just masking out the non-occipital areas wouldn't work... Is there a caret_command spell for resizing the anatomy volume? thanks, florian begin:vcard fn:Florian Gerstl n:Gerstl;Florian org:Medical University of Vienna, Austria;Department of Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, Division for Biological Psychiatry adr:Medical University of Vienna, MUW;;Waehringer Guertel 18-20;;Wien;1090;Austria email;internet:[EMAIL PROTECTED] title;quoted-printable:Functional NeuroImaging Unit =E2=88=92 PET fMRI tel;work:+43-1-40400-3773 tel;fax:+43-1-40400-3825 note:skype: doogbert version:2.1 end:vcard

Hi Florian, To my surprise, no -- I don't think there is. Seems like a useful option, but currently John is working on other things. You might download AFNI (http://afni.nimh.nih.gov/afni) and try 3dZeropad. Even if you don't use AFNI for analysis, it has some really handy command line utilities. Hi Donna, Indeed, 3dZeropad did the trick.. And thank's to broadband-internet downloading over 200 Mb of AFNI- code definitely solved the problem faster than if I had started coding something on my own ;-) thank's for your quick help best regards, Florian Hi Florian, To my surprise, no -- I don't think there is.
