Just an FYI, in case someone else run's into this.
The solutions was simply to remove the management. prefix from the
server.ssl directives ala.
server.ssl.key-store: file:

I'm upgrading to 6.2.x from 6.0.x but in runtime my *-webflow.xml are not
used instead of *-webflow.xml from the lib. I have seen that those xml are
now in cas-server-core-webflow and in my previous version they were
on cas-server-webapp.
