I am having problems getting the ootb duo module to work like the old mfa-duo module for 4.1. If the ldap entry has the attribute (mfarequired) populated with the value (TRUE) it correctly loads the duo screen, and everything is fine. If the attribute is missing or not (TRUE) then it appears

I had to copy the entire bootstrap.properties file over before it would read the external cas.properties. Unsure as to why but it took a solid day of fail to figure it out. The docs made it seem like just those lines were needed. Here is mine that works for reference. ## # CAS Spring Cloud
