We are rather confused over here w.r.t installing v5.2.4 --- any help will

This is driving me nuts - if anyone can notice what I am missing.
CAS Management Service triggers an authentication at
hxxps://example.edu/cas-management --- however it redirects to login page
as hxxps://example.edu/cas/login?service=http%3A%2F%2Flocalhost%3A8080
