Sorry everyone. Turns out my SVN wasn't updating properly, so I didn't have
Glenn's modified version of the system.xmp. It now completes successfully.
I will report again on how the hardware tests using the new version of
opb_ethernetlite go.

I started a backport branch of the 7.1 library in
http://casper.berkeley.edu/svn/branches/backport_to_7_1/
If you check that out with SVN you'll find the FFT block there uses the new
(pink espresso style) reorder block. Eventually I'll expose a setting so you
can choose between the logic
