Carl Stahmer is Director of Digital Scholarship at the University of
California Davis. He has worked in the area of linked data for many years,
including participation in several research studies funded by major
government and foundation funders

Are you using OCLC's Collection Manager? If so, the ALCTS Continuing
Resources Section Committee on Holdings Information is seeking proposals for
presentations at ALA Midwinter 2017 in Atlanta. If you have something to say
about matters related to OCLC's Holdings Management in your library, we're
interested in hearing about it. The CRS Committee on Holdings Forum will
meet 3:00-4:00pm on Saturday January 21st.

The ALCTS CRS Committee on Holdings Information seeks to address and study
matters related to holdings information in all formats, with special
attention to standards, use, and functionality in the exchange and use of
holdings information in and among systems. The committee's interests include
the application of holdings information wherever it appears, including local
catalogs, group catalogs, and union catalogs.

If you have a proposal for a related topic and would like to share that
topic at ALA Midwinter, please share your idea. Submit your topic and brief
description (150 words max) to Shelley Almgren, CRS Committee on Holdings
