Join the Montezuma Audubon Center Staff at White Springs Winery in Geneva for
wine tastings and a bird
watching walk. During this walk we will look for birds heading to their evening
roosting sites and we’ll use
I am thinking of going up to Watertown to find the Willow Ptarmigan and
wounder if anyone would like to go along? I can seat 3. Thinking Wed or
Thurs unless sightings stop.

Out in the yard just now when I heard the peent and looked up to see a Common
Nighthawk high overhead. It moved off to the north, and 3 minutes later
another (or the same) went over, also peenting. Made my day!

Hi all,
A couple days late to the discussion, but one of the two years Clay-colored
Sparrow showed up at the xmas tree plantation on Lick Street Summerhill, I
witnessed the bird copulating with a Chipping Sparrow. The other year it seemed
to be an unmated bird. I think they were present there
