This morning 10 beautiful purple finches were at the feeders--5 males and 5 females. Two males were doing a bit of battle with their beaks. Also around were 2 red-breasted woodpeckers--1 female and 1 male; several downy and hairy woodpeckers and small clouds of Am goldfinches. The colors! --
