on Cayuga Lake visible from Cayuga Lake State
Park as well as Route 89 just a few miles south

The great blue heron rookery in Malloryville, between Red Mill Rd. and West
Malloryville Rd and best viewed from Fall Creek Rd., has been repopulated by
returning great blue herons over the last few days. My daughters and I counted

Joe Wetmore and I had an osprey flying low over the road in the Town of
Springport along Route 90 near Fire Lane 20. About 10 am this morning.

Reuben Stoltzfus reports a group of birders looking from Rock Cabin Road in
Watkins Glen on Monday had a male Eurasian Wigeon out in the marsh from the
tower.
