Today I had one BLACK VULTURE slowly heading north over Murphy's Pits Vestal NY. This is the third year in a row that we have had at least 1 BV in Broome Co. I wonder how long it will be when it is not that big of a deal to see this species in the southern tier? We still flag it as a rare
