hanging out around the vicinity of the prothonatary nest box.

I just had the "spring feeder bird trifecta" here in Lansing:
A male Indigo Bunting, Baltimore Oriole, and Rose-breasted Grosbeak all on the
feeders at one time.

Wayne co. side of Armitage Rd early this afternoon. Unfortunately the wooded
swamp continues to drain however.
Also had some warblers including cerulean & blue-winged & a Northern
waterthrush on Howland Island (along w
72 dunlin currently at Visitor center pool and 4 glossy ibises at Larues
Lagoon (MNWR)/Seneca County

In Newfield this morning, I counted three Common Yellowthroats in neighbors’
fields and woods. Such welcome sounds. Still no hummingbirds!
