A Swamp Sparrow has joined the chorus of birds (and frogs) in the beaver pond/meadow next to my property. And the local Carolina Wrens have ignored all the other reasonable nesting sites around the property, choosing instead to build inside the (closed) lid of our propane tank! Marie Marie

FOY White-throated Sparrow, brilliant white morph, at my feeder area yesterday & calling “oh Canada, Canada, Canada” outside my window at 6:30 this morning! Flickers calling & Yellow-bellied Sapsuckers drumming in Kendal’s woodsy edges the last few days! Mockingbird continues serenading the
