The Limpkin continued today mainly along the north shore of the Chemung
River south of Pirozzolo Park in West Elmira and east of the boat launch at
the east end of the woods.

Currently the main pool has lowered enough to allow for the whole SW area to be
primarily mudflat. Today I could only find 6 Lesser Yellowlegs, 12 Dunlin and a
Wilson’s Snipe. Viewing is scope distance from the main pool observation
platform. If I were a Godwit or Ibis I would be out there. A
