Reading Geo's post got me looking out my office window which faces the Cornell campus from 6 floors over Green St. I found a handy kettle of about 9 or 10 birds circling over the libe tower, but was only able to tease out TVs. The kettle eventually disipated and some flew off while some remained, so I am guessing this may not be migratory behavior.
