I have seen a lot of crows around but this was the first I saw one with what might be a tag outside of Ithaca.
I was heading into Spencer this morning just north of the turn onto Fisher Settlement Rd, ~08:30.
There was a crow flying off the road to the left, Northeast, with what appeared to be a white rectangle on its left wing. There might also have been a white rectangular mark on the left side of the body.
