I saw an active PALM WARBLER at the Swan Pen at Stewart Park this morning,
foraging on the island in the pond. Otherwise birding was slow in the area,
although a few more Blue-gray Gnatcatchers seem to be back. Dryden Lake and
George Road were unexciting earlier in the morning, and a loop of south
Ithaca (King Road, Town Line Road, Sandbank Road) turned up no new arrivals
(a singing LOUISIANA WATERTHRUSH at Lick Brook was about as good as I could
do.)

Cheers,
