The juvenile THAYER'S GULL continues at the compost piles off Stevenson
Road, Town of Dryden this morning, along with the single Glaucous, Iceland,
Lesser Black-backed, and Herring x Great Black-backed gulls.
Activity was low initially with most of the birds up on the hill, probably
due to an
Found on Sunday but absent yesterday, a beautiful 1st cycle THAYER'S GULL
is this morning back on the active pile of the compost at Stevenson Road.
Also present are a 1st cycle GLAUCOUS GULL, possibly up to three ICELAND
GULLS, and at least one 1st cycle LESSER BLACK-BACKED GULL. I haven't seen
it
