Sorry, I meant to send to the list earlier that on Tuesday 13 April I found at 
least 
1 BROWN THRASHER singing atop emergent saplings in the brushy area on 
the north side of the eastern half of Oakcrest Rd in Lansing.  The perches were 
far enough apart that I wondered if there were 2 birds/territories involved.  
This 
was the first time in several days that I checked this area, and the most 
thorough 
(for a slow taxi ride).  It looks as though this/these bird(s) got here just 
ahead of 
the rush.
