Easy come, easy go!! Sunday night droves of WHITE-THROATED SPARROW migrated in, to the point that we had 50+ in our yard. Last night they decided it was time to move on. This morning I counted only a single bird!! Such a sudden turnaround is enough to make one's head spin!!!

We also had 3 FIELD SPARROWS, one of which sang "for us". They too are gone! At least other migrants have begun moving in. We had our first HOUSE WREN.
