Hi folks, I watched a silhouette of a peregrine first fly by, then land, on Bradfield Hall on the Cornell campus around 7:30 this morning. The local pigeons should be scared...very scared. Also, right after sunset last evening I heard a Carolina Wren tea-kettling away in my yard in Ellis Hollow while I was trying to rake some leaves.
