Hi all, Last couple of days I have been listening via Bill Evans' mic on my roof and recording the calls with computer I hear around my house. I am amazed at all the birds I hear. I live in a suburban location. I am appending ebird list for two days where you can also listen to the sounds too. Plus, I can hear the night flight calls and record them. Tonight, I had quite a few American Tree Sparrows, Savannah Sparrows and a few Chipping Sparrows including many other calls I have to yet identify. I am waiting for the warblers!
Vow what varieties fly over my house! https://ebird.org/view/checklist/email?subID=S44983243 https://ebird.org/view/checklist/S45016214 Cheers Meena Meena Haribal Ithaca NY 14850 42.429007,-76.47111 http://meenaharibal.blogspot.com/ Ithaca area moths: https://plus.google.com/118047473426099383469/posts Dragonfly book sample pages: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B1ngrZelDNo5QnFDMl9BdVNlLXc -- NYSbirds-L List Info: http://www.NortheastBirding.com/NYSbirdsWELCOME.htm http://www.NortheastBirding.com/NYSbirdsRULES.htm http://www.NortheastBirding.com/NYSbirdsSubscribeConfigurationLeave.htm ARCHIVES: 1) http://www.mail-archive.com/nysbirds-l@cornell.edu/maillist.html 2) http://www.surfbirds.com/birdingmail/Group/NYSBirds-L 3) http://birding.aba.org/maillist/NY01 Please submit your observations to eBird: http://ebird.org/content/ebird/ --
