Right from my yard since last ten minutes i have been hearing two more GHOs
calling from Six Mile Creek.
And the moon is almost half devoured by the earth, at least that is what we
were told when young.

I had a good trip up to Montezuma yesterday, and got to see the Hudsonian
Godwit for a couple of minutes at about noon before it took off flying to
the north.
The bird was at the beginning of Eaton Marsh on Wildlife Drive, and I took
a few photos of it before it flew. Because this is only my seco
Saturday, September 26, previously reported Hudsonian Godwit seen 3 pm at
north end of Eaton Marsh along auto tour. Still present when we left at
5:30.
