[cayugabirds-l] Red-tail nesting?

Driving home an hour or so ago, I was nearing the junction of Baker Hill and Mt Pleasant roads when I saw a Red-tailed Hawk circling over some tall conifers carrying a stick in its talons. Suddenly it swooped down and disappeared presumably into one of the trees, but I couldn't relocate it.
