I saw my FOY Barn Swallows today too! At the Montezuma Audubon Center in
Savannah. A pair was checking out a spot they nest yearly, atop 2 outdoor light
fixtures, one outside of each door on the western side of the building. There
was no evidence of nest building yet, when I left work around
FOY barn swallows and Baltimore oriole at my place in Mecklenburg today. The
oriole is a week earlier than he's ever been.

Nice! We also had two Northern Waterthrush that arrived on our
property overnight, singing early this morning!! They sure seem to
come in waves.

Today at about 1:30, I had wonderful views of a singing N Waterthrush in
its usual place, near the boardwalk near the small pkg lot across the
street from the main woods. Also present were a Phoebe & a pair of Cowbirds

I heard and saw in flight my FOS Merlin along Bradley St in Trumansburg, in
the general vicinity of nesting during the past two years that I have been
here. I think a male by the higher-pitched calls and apparent smaller size.

Hi everyone,
This morning I found a pair of what I believe to be greater yellowlegs at
Jennings Pond. They are sitting on the beaver lodge in the NW corner of the
pond (the end nearer to Bald Hill Rd). The plumage is dark but they have yellow
(not green) legs and showed white rump patches
