There were 4 Spotted Sandpipers on the spit at Myers at 6 am today. No other
shorebirds. Also a dozen Purple Martins, Barn, Tree, Bank and Rough-winged
Swallows, Eastern Kingbirds, and four Belted Kingfishers. Along with the
usual gulls, Caspian Terns, Starlings, crows and Baltimore Oriole.
