I just (8:15 AM) had a single female EVENING GROSBEAK at my porch sunflower seed feeder. The address is 10 South Rd in Caroline Center. This is just barely within the basin limits, but is definitely in. I will be out for much of the morning, but the feeder is visible from the road and the drive way. I have one poor but recognizable pic that I will figure out a place to post later.
