[cayugabirds-l] Lab Bohemian Waxwing

2010-11-03 Thread James G. Kohlenberg
The Bohemian Waxwing was snuggled in a berry bush with a small flock of
Waxwings on the Wilson Trail where it curves around away from the pond. I left
at sundown and they were still dosing and hard to see in the leaves.

Thanks to Mary Winston, at the Lab, for the tips on possible locations !

[cayugabirds-l] Ornithology journals for sale

2010-11-03 Thread Martha Fischer

I have years of old Auks, Condors, and Wilson Bulletins in my den at home.
I am interested in selling them cheap, and would love to find a local person
who wants them. Anyone interested can contact me for the details.

[cayugabirds-l] Plantations Phoebe

2010-11-03 Thread James G. Kohlenberg
On my walk around the Plantations Arboretum late yesterday afternoon. I had one
very clean looking E. Phoebe. It seems like it's getting late for them.
