About 4:45 p.m. I spotted 2 large, dark birds flying south not more than 2
blocks away & not very high. As they circled back towards the house I grabbed
the binox & saw that they were immature Bald Eagles. Then as they passed from
sight a 3rd one came from the north. Nice to be in the right spot
Oh, there was also A single FOX SPARROW at Hovel and some A. TREE SPARROWS
here and there.

Dave Loparco saw 2 Surf Scoters off Ladoga Point around 11 AM this
morning.

While looking through a large flock of Cedar Waxwings with a few Siskins in
the mix, a young N Shrike briefly made an appearance and gave chase to a
couple birds nearthe N feeders moments ago.
