substantially-sized flocks of White-throated Sparrows in the Hawthorn
Orchard, each around 25 birds. The Cooper's and Red-tailed Hawks were

high with very few birds, however, as we drove parallel to the Thruway
opposite May's Point pool Joann picked out a dark Ibis in flight. We

Hey everyone,
I had a very productive 2.5 hour walk this morning in the Cornell Plantations
across the suspension bridge in Fall Creek Valley. So many Yellow-rumpeds, but
I also managed to pick out a BLACKBURNIAN, BLUE-WINGED, and BLACK-THROATED

Aggressive House Finches drive away the Purple Finches when they flock in.
