Not only is Jay faster, but more accurate. I guess I scanned through Tim's username, "seabamirum" , and ran it into the word adult.--Dave NutterOn Oct 07, 2012, at 01:00 PM, nutter.d...@me.com wrote:Tim Lenz just reported a subadult FRANKLIN'S GULL on the mudflats off Towpath Road.--Dave Nutter--Cayugabirds-L List Info:Welcome and BasicsRules and InformationSubscribe, Configuration and LeaveArchives:The Mail ArchiveSurfbirdsBirdingOnThe.NetPlease submit your observations to eBird!--

2012-10-07 Thread Brad Walker
Hi all, Tim and I just left Towpath road. The FRANKLIN'S GULL was swimming
near the cormorants as we left. There were also nine SANDHILL CRANES,
DUNLIN, BLACK-BELLIED PLOVER, PEREGRINE FALCON, and quite a few sparrows.

Knox-Marsellus this afternoon. A surprisingly strong roost flight of Canada
Geese occurred during the last hour before dusk. Sparrows everywhere, wish it
hadn't been raining. Flock of 16-17 dowitchers presumed to be Long-billed.
