A few observations from Mt Pleasant today: this morning around 9:30 there was a
flock of at least 30 Wild Turkeys among the Canada Geese in the field just west
of the observatory. And this afternoon around 3:00, three Snow Buntings were
flying around with a dozen or so Horned Larks in the fields

hour ago. The bird was visible naked eye as a white blob from Stewart Park
around 430, and after rushing to Hog Hole to try to see it from there in the
